Dear Daniel, Thank you for your email about the winter market proposal. I think it's a 7...... idea that could really benefit our community! I've checked the calendar and can confirm that the main hall is indeed 8...... for December 9-10. Your suggested vendor fee seems reasonable, though we might need to add $5 per table if vendors need us to provide them. I love the idea of involving Beans & Brews - I actually 9...... last month and they mentioned wanting to participate in more community events. Regarding next steps, we'll need to complete an event application form and 10...... for the space. I'm available to meet next Monday or Tuesday afternoon to go through everything.
