Hey Jenna, Thanks so much for the 7...... about Dave Kowalski. It sounds like he really proved himself that first time when he fixed your car for free and got you to your 8...... on time. I especially like that he was honest about your brakes and didn't try to 9...... for work you didn't need. That says a lot about his character. I know his shop is farther than my current place in 10......, but I agree that good service is worth the extra drive. I'll try calling on a Tuesday morning like you suggested.
