Dear Miranda, What a 7...... update! I'm glad you and Kevin decided to keep going despite the setback with the water damage. It sounds like hiring Derek was a 8...... decision overall, especially since he found that foundation issue before it got worse. And I'm happy to hear that 9...... worked out so well — getting the plumbing done in four days is remarkable. I had no idea you actually followed my cousin's advice about 10....... That really does make a difference in older basements. As for Boxing Day, count me in! I was already planning to drive to Edmonton over the holidays, so the timing is 11.......
