You are planning a week-long trip to Halifax next month to visit your elderly parents. You have a friendly dog named Biscuit that you cannot bring with you on the trip. Your neighbour has met Biscuit several times and even looked after him for a weekend last summer.

• Explain why you are going away and the exact dates you will need help with your dog.
• Describe your dog's daily routine and any special care instructions your neighbour should know about.
