7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy with Pro? You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — as long as you haven't used too much of it first.
You qualify if all of these are true:
- Your purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days
- You've completed fewer than 10 practice exercises
- You've attempted no more than 2 mock exams
When refunds aren't granted
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts that exceed 10 exercises or 2 mock exams
- Dissatisfaction due to exam performance or outcomes
- Account abuse or sharing (violating our Terms of Service)
